Red Handed

Through touch, Carmen can copy a power or ability for a period of 24 hours. When this power is activated, Carmen's hands will glow faintly red and she will leave a red mark on the person she has copied the power from. She is limited to copying one power at a time and in a day can copy up to three powers. When the time limit is up or when she copies another power the red mark will fade.

If you're not cool with that and would prefer Carmen to keep her hands to herself or want to tweak how she copyies your characters ability in some way, let me know in the comments.
